Refund & Cancellation Policy

Canceling a subscription

You may cancel a Plus or VIP subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal in Settings. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Unless law requires otherwise, your paid features remain available through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Deleting the app or stopping use of the service does not cancel a subscription. If you plan to delete your account, cancel the subscription first.

Refund policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or a cancellation made after a renewal. This does not limit any refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived.

CollegeLoveMatch will review requests involving a duplicate or incorrect charge, a verified technical failure that prevented paid access, or another circumstance where a refund is required by law. Approval is not automatic and depends on the facts of the request.

How to request review

Submit a billing or refund request through Customer Support using the email address associated with your account. Include the charge date, amount, plan, and a short explanation. Never send a full card number or security code.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. The time for a credit to appear depends on Stripe, your card network, and your financial institution.

Founding 500 promotion

Eligible Founding 500 members receive 90 days of Plus without providing a card. That promotional access ends automatically and returns to Free; it does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

Digital service; no returns

CollegeLoveMatch sells access to digital membership features and does not ship physical goods. There are no physical products to return or exchange.
