Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Adults only

CollegeLoveMatch is strictly for people age 18 or older. Anyone under 18 may not create or use an account, appear in dating content, or use another person's account. Suspected under-18 use may result in immediate restriction or termination while the matter is reviewed.

Illegal acts and exploitation are prohibited

You may not use CollegeLoveMatch to commit, promote, advertise, coordinate, facilitate, aid, abet, encourage, or financially benefit from illegal activity. Human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, grooming, coercion, sextortion, sexual violence, abuse, prostitution or commercial sexual services, and any activity involving the exploitation of another person are prohibited.

Child sexual exploitation or abuse, child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving a minor, attempts to solicit such content, or links or coded references to such material are never permitted.

Sexually explicit and non-consensual content

CollegeLoveMatch is an adult dating service, but sexually explicit profile content, unwanted explicit messages or images, sexual harassment, pressure, threats, or conduct intended primarily for sexual gratification are prohibited. Never create, share, request, threaten to share, or distribute intimate or sexual content involving another person without that person's freely given consent.

Harassment and harmful conduct

Threats, stalking, intimidation, hate, doxxing, blackmail, impersonation, bullying, coercion, unwanted sexual contact, and sharing another person's private information without permission are prohibited. Respect another member's decision to stop communicating, block, unmatch, or decline contact.

Scams, fraud, and deceptive behavior

You may not use CollegeLoveMatch for scams, fraud, deceptive profiles, identity theft, money laundering, fraudulent fundraising, advance-fee schemes, payment manipulation, phishing, spam, or any attempt to defraud or financially exploit another user. Do not request another user's passwords, payment credentials, security codes, or other sensitive authentication information.

Platform and account misuse

Do not scrape CollegeLoveMatch, bypass access controls, probe or interfere with security, introduce malicious code, automate unauthorized account activity, misuse another member's information, create duplicate or deceptive accounts, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

Enforcement and reporting

CollegeLoveMatch may remove content, limit features, preserve relevant records, warn, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate reports, enforce this policy, prevent fraud, or comply with law. Suspected exploitation, trafficking, abuse, or other serious unlawful conduct may be preserved and reported to appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law.

Report suspected violations using the in-app report tools, the Customer Support page, or email zach.build23@gmail.com. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service first.
